ub-creative is spearheaded by Uli Baltes, a multilingual German native, and a Creative Director with business savvy. After 18 successful years in the Executive Operations branch of the Hospitality Industry, Uli Baltes decided to pursue a second career in graphic design receiving highly coveted awards from the creative industry for exceptional design work.

A creative team leader on concept development and design, Uli has covered every type of creative project. He is specializing in advertising, collateral and promotional materials, vehicles, trade shows, packaging, and retail. Uli Baltes is exceptionally skilled at problem solving, creative thinking and motivated to excel.

While working on the managerial level for individually owned/operated hotels and hotel chains around the globe he received multiple awards in the field of restaurant management. He has a business head and the heart of an artist.
